LI Park Street Properties, LLC. aquired the "Lincoln Inn" at Five Corners and the surrounding lands and buildings in 2004. The purchase was made to preserve the Landmark building from being demolished to make way for a national chain drug store and to complete the grouping of properties that would eventually make up the Park Street Station project site. The Inn has undergone a multi-million dollar restoration from the ground up including the LDG corporate office suite on the third floor. The building will be preserved as a centerpeice for future redevelopment.
The McEwing brothers operated the Lincoln Inn Restaurant for 5 years before completing the transition to multi-use property by leasing out the restaurant and tap-room to seperate operators. Today, the Lincoln Inn's tenants welcome the community with a tradition of excellent food and a lively tavern that has been the standard for almost 100 years.
