The historic Lincoln Inn building has been completely remodeled over the past five years. The Lincoln Inn is home to the Lincoln Development Group, LLC, the Belted Cow Bistro, the On Tap Bar & Grill, and available commercial space located in and adjacent to the 4 Park Street facility. Footnote: The "Lincoln Inn Restaurant and Bar" closed in 2009 after a nearly fifty year history of service to the community of Essex Junction. Renovations continue to the Lincoln Inn Building to preserve it as a historical and cultural centerpiece of the Essex Junction community.
