| Alex McEwing is a principal partner/land owner of the Park Street Station site. Prior to forming LDG, he spent the last ten years assembling the development parcels and redeveloping the two principal buildings into profitable mixed use properties. With the stabilization of these properties comes the threshold to beginning the larger scale redevelopment.
Alex has a background in telecommunications. After owning and building numerous radio stations, he moved into the wireless business with communications towers (a byproduct of the radio interests). This path led to commercial real estate development with roof top locations for wireless antennas. These interests have seen continued success and are on the cutting edge of cellular stealth technology.
Alex is a lifelong Essex Junction resident. His family has owned local businesses in the Junction for over a half century. He has served on numerous community boards, as well as founded several non profit organizations serving Chittenden County.
